Available to children measuring 100–140 cm, visitors aged over 65, visitors with a recognised disability of at least 33%, and qualifying large or single-parent families. Official evidence is required for non-child reductions. A disability ticket includes free entry for one adult companion after validation at the information desk.

Open-date ticket allowing the visitor to choose an eligible visit date later, subject to the ticket conditions, operating calendar and capacity.
