Install the Business Portal on your phone
Install the full Business Portal web app so it opens without the browser address bar or bottom controls.

Android — install the full web app
Use Install app rather than creating a normal bookmark. The installed web app opens standalone and uses more of the screen.
- Open this page in Samsung Internet or Google Chrome.
- Open the browser menu.
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm the name and installation, then open the new app icon.
When the browser makes its direct installation prompt available, the button below will appear.
iPhone and iPad — use Safari
Safari installs the site as a standalone home-screen web app.
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Check the name and tap Add, then open the new icon.
Browser bookmark only
A bookmark is not the web app. It opens inside the browser and keeps the address bar and browser controls visible.
- Chrome bookmark: open the menu and tap the star or Bookmark option.
- Safari bookmark: tap Share, then Add Bookmark.
- Samsung Internet bookmark: tap the star or choose Add page to, then Bookmarks.
Desktop
Chrome and Microsoft Edge may show an install icon in the address bar. Select it and confirm to open the site in its own app window.
Troubleshooting
- Install option missing: the browser may hide it when the web app is already installed. Remove the old installation before testing again.
- Address bar or bottom controls still visible: you opened a bookmark or browser tab, not the installed standalone web app.
- Old icon still showing: remove the existing installed web app and install it again after the website icon has changed.
- Samsung Play Protect warning: the warning relates to the Android wrapper generated by Samsung Internet. Chrome remains an alternative for installing the same standalone web app.
